A year and a half ago I ordered the Unisize Ring and the Minimal Unisize Cuff. I‘m currently wearing the ring nearly every day. But the cuff got a small break in the middle and I could no longer wear it without breaking it in two pieces. So I reached out to the Vacier Team with two photos of the bracelet, but I no longer had my order number, so I thought that it may be unlikely that the warranty would apply. But they immediately responded and sent me a new bracelet completely free of charge. This is very good customer service! Greetings from Germany :)

Beautiful and classy jewelry at very reasonable prices. I now own 10 pieces of their sleek, minimalist designs. Customer service is fantastic, as they have always replied quickly to my inquiries. Low maintenance jewelry that I never remove (unless I’m switching out pieces) and doesn’t turn. I (and I suspect numerous others) had been requesting a shorter necklace than what they originally offered and not only did they listen to their customers, they made a design that’s adjustable and doesn’t have a long, tacky chain dangling from the back. I’m a Vacier customer for life.

I've had a set of items for over 7 years, unfortunately my necklace came off, for some reason it snapped while I was washing my face. I contacted the Vacier team. They were on the case, immediately.
